rediscovervintage.com is operated by REDISCOVER, a société par actions simplifiée (SASU) with share capital of €5,000, registered at ZA Entraigues II, Lot 10, Rue du Torrent, 05200 Embrun, France, under RCS Gap 984 996 272, VAT number FR34984996272. We sell authenticated pre-owned and vintage designer items. Almost every piece is unique and sold in a single quantity. As our items are pre-owned, they may show signs of previous use. We describe the condition of each item as accurately as possible and photograph it in-house, so the photographs form part of the description.

Colours and details may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Signs of wear shown in the photographs or noted in the description are considered accepted at the time of purchase. Every item is checked by our in-house authentication process before listing. See our Authenticity Guarantee.

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region and include applicable taxes. As a professional reseller of second-hand goods, we apply the VAT margin scheme (régime de la TVA sur la marge, art. 297 A of the French General Tax Code). VAT is not shown separately and is not recoverable by the buyer.

Prices exclude delivery costs, which are shown separately at checkout. For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. See Shipping & Orders. We may change prices at any time, but items are charged at the price shown when your order is confirmed.

When you place an order, you receive an email confirming we have received it. The sale is formed once we confirm dispatch of your item. Because most items are one of a kind, an order may occasionally be declined if the item is no longer available, in which case we will inform you and refund any payment in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where the item is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we suspect fraud.

We accept the payment methods listed on our Payments page. Payment is taken at the time of purchase, once the item's availability has been confirmed. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted providers. We do not store your full card details.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times, carriers and costs are set out on our Shipping & Orders page. Risk in the item passes to you on delivery.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason, in accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code.

To exercise this right, tell us of your decision by a clear statement, by email at hello@rediscovervintage.com, before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

We will refund the amount paid, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back or of receiving proof that you have returned it. The direct cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise. Returned items must meet the conditions in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

All items are covered by the legal guarantees that apply under French law, regardless of any commercial guarantee:

• the legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité, articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code), which allows you to obtain repair, replacement or a refund for an item that does not conform to the contract;
• the guarantee against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés, articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code), which allows you to obtain a price reduction or a refund for a defect that existed before the sale.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer or our liability for matters that cannot be excluded under French law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of this website. We take care to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@rediscovervintage.com so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot reach a solution, you may refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge, as described in our Legal Notice, or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms are governed by French law. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer rules that apply in your country of residence.
