Shipping & Orders

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 working hours of purchase. Once your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

We ship worldwide. Within France and Europe we ship with Colissimo (La Poste). For most international destinations we ship with DHL Express. Every parcel is tracked and insured.

If you would prefer a different carrier, contact us at hello@rediscovervintage.com before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

These are estimates from the moment your order is dispatched. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier operations or customs, which are beyond our control.

Shipping is free on all orders over €500 within Europe. For orders under €500, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. For orders shipped to the United States, a flat rate of $25 applies.

The exact cost for your destination is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders within the European Union include all applicable taxes, with nothing further to pay on delivery.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs charges or local taxes may apply on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you need to change your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@rediscovervintage.com. Changes can only be made before the order has been processed.

All orders are tracked and insured. In the rare event that a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is resolved, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on the outcome of the investigation.
