Returns & Exchanges

You may return your item within 14 days of the date it is delivered to you, without giving a reason. To start a return, email us at hello@rediscovervintage.com before the 14 days expire, then send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.

Email hello@rediscovervintage.com to request a return. We will confirm the return address. You arrange and pay for return shipping, and we recommend a tracked and insured service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

We can only accept returns from the same country or region to which your order was delivered. Returns sent from a different country or region may incur additional import duties.

We accept timely returns of items that are unworn, unused, unaltered and undamaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes. Designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must also be returned, as they are considered part of the product.

Accessories must be returned unmarked in their original undamaged boxes where provided. If an item comes with a security tag or hang tag, it must be left on. Items returned without it will not comply with this policy and will not be refunded.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. We refund to the original payment method, including the standard outbound delivery cost. The cost of returning the item to us is not refundable. Any express or upgraded delivery paid at checkout is refunded only up to the cost of our standard service.

We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and condition.

We do not offer exchanges. As most items are one of a kind, we recommend ordering the piece you want while it is in stock and returning the item you no longer wish to keep.

Every item is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under French law, as set out in our Terms & Conditions. If you believe an item is faulty or materially not as described, contact us at hello@rediscovervintage.com and we will put it right. Please note that signs of wear disclosed in the listing are not considered faults, as our items are pre-owned.
