We aim to process and dispatch your order as efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find all relevant information about shipping, delivery times, and order updates.
Shipping carriers and destinations
Rediscover Vintage ships worldwide using LaPoste and Chronopost. If you would prefer a different shipping carrier, please contact us at customercare@rediscovervintage.com before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are typically shipped within 48 working hours of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery.
Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 1–4 working days

Rest of the world: 4–9 working days
Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations beyond our control.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over €500.
For orders under €500, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
Changing your order
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@rediscovervintage.com.
Changes can only be made before the order has been processed.
Lost or damaged shipments
All orders include tracking. In the rare event that a parcel is lost or damaged, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Once the claim has been resolved, we will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the outcome of the investigation.
